二、How we collect and use your personal information
When you use Lucky Show software and services, we will collect your personal information based on the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity, and ensure that your personal information collected will only be used to enhance and improve your user experience. (I) Ensure the normal operation of the product When you use Lucky Show and related services, in order to ensure the normal operation of the software and services, we will collect your device model, device serial number, operating system version number, device identifier (Android such as IMEI, AndroidID, iOS such as IDFV, IDFA; different identifiers vary in validity period, whether they can be reset by users, and how to obtain them), software version number, login IP address, network access method, type and status, network quality data, operation logs, service logs, network device hardware address (device MAC address), storage permissions. Please understand that this information is the basic information that we must collect to provide services and ensure the normal operation of services. (II) Providing you with registration services When you register and log in to Lucky Show and related services, you can choose to use a third-party account to register and log in to Lucky Show. At this time, you will authorize us to obtain your public information (avatar, nickname) on the third-party platform and bind your third-party account with your Lucky Show account, so that you can directly log in and use Lucky Show 's products and services through the third-party account. ( III ) Providing you with image, text content publishing and live streaming services When you post pictures and text content and enjoy live streaming services, we will ask you to authorize camera, photo, and microphone permissions. When you use an Android device to log in and enjoy the live streaming service, we may provide you with the beauty or virtual image function and use only some facial feature value information locally on the client to achieve the effect of the function. During this process, we will not send back, store or share any of your facial feature value information. We will save the photos and text content you upload according to the needs of providing you with services, and delete them according to your operations. ( IV ) Helping you purchase and query virtual property When you need to purchase virtual items、send or receive gifts on the Lucky Show platform, we will collect and record your recharge, withdrawal, and gift sending to ensure the safety of your virtual property. ( V ) Facilitating your participation in marketing activities Lucky Show will launch various marketing activities in due course according to the operation situation. When you choose to participate, you need to provide your name, contact address and contact information, bank account number or third-party payment account information according to the activity situation. We will conduct strict security testing on the application program interface (API) and software development kit (SDK) that authorized partners use to obtain relevant information, and agree with the authorized partners on strict data protection measures, requiring them to handle personal information in accordance with this privacy agreement and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. (I) Access, correct, and delete your account information After you have completed the account registration and login, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your account information by yourself through the following paths: ( 1 ) Access personal information: Click "My Profile" to view basic information. ( 2 ) Correct personal information: Click "My Profile" to correct basic information. ( 3 ) Delete a private message: Click "Messages" and long press the conversation you want to delete . ( 4 ) View the blacklist: Click "My-Settings-Blacklist" . ( 5 ) Change the blacklist: Click "My Settings" - "Blacklist", click the person you want to remove from the blacklist, and click Remove. ( 6 ) Check my recharge record : Click "My- Recharge - Recharge Record ". ( 7 ) Account deregistration: Click “My Account – Settings – Account Security – Account Deregistration”. Once you cancel your account, the Lucky Show platform will delete or anonymize the information about your account and assume that you have voluntarily given up all assets in your account. For example, your followers and private messages will be deleted and cannot be retrieved, and the gold coins, recharge history, value-added service props, unwithdrawn or unreceived currency in the account will be cleared. At the same time, you will not be able to obtain the services of the Lucky Show platform through the cancelled account. If you cancel the account and re-register, the original account information will not be restored. (II) The right to lodge a complaint with us If you think your personal information may be infringed, you can click "My-Customer Service" to contact us . We will review the issue as soon as possible and respond promptly after verifying your user identity, generally within fifteen working days. (IV) Right to be informed of cessation of operations If the Lucky Show platform terminates its service or operation, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information and notify you of the cessation of operation at least thirty days in advance by individual delivery or announcement, and delete or anonymize your personal information held after the termination of service or operation.

(IV) Information security incident handling Despite the aforementioned security measures, please also understand that there are no "perfect security measures" on the information network. If a personal information security incident unfortunately occurs, we will inform you in accordance with the requirements of local laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks on your own, and remedial measures for you. 7. How to update this agreement
After this Privacy Agreement is updated, Lucky Show will display the changed Privacy Agreement to you in the form of push notifications and pop-up windows when you log in and when the version is updated, so that you can keep abreast of the latest version of this Privacy Agreement. If you continue to use our services, you agree to accept the revised content of this Agreement. However, if the updated content requires the collection of videos, address books, contact information, geographical location and other personal sensitive information, we will still ask for it in a conspicuous manner again your consent.

This Privacy Agreement does not apply to the products or services of other third parties linked to the Lucky Show service. Your use of these third-party services (including any personal information you provide to these third parties) will be subject to the service terms and privacy agreements of these third parties (not this Privacy Agreement). Please read the third-party terms carefully for specific provisions. Please properly protect your personal information and provide it to third parties only when necessary.
